Gantois Industries is a true industrial reference in the field of woven metals, perforated sheets and the shaping of metal components. Its equipment is adapted for small, medium and large series. Gantois has complete control over the entire process, from design, innovation and manufacturing to specific finishing. Gantois has more than 50 looms allowing the manufacture of fabrics from threads of Ø20µm to up to 12mm and about twenty perforating presses with a power of 160T to 500T, PCN and a laser allowing perforations from Ø 0.3mm to 80mm in thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 10mm. For shaping, its experienced team has state-of-the-art equipment including levelling machines, shears, press brakes, aprons, and double aprons for pleating, etc. The finishes offered are degreasing, polishing, chemical and heat treatments, powder coating, hot-dip galvanising, tefloning, zinc coating, etc. The main applications: - Electromagnetic protection: Lightning protection, electromagnetic shielding, - Protection / Reinforcement: Covers, protective grids, support cloths, acoustic insulation, metallization of composites - Filtration: Screening, sorting, separation, filtration elements, etc. |
