IBAG HSC TECHNOLOGY has two main activities: 
- that of a MANUFACTURER of HSC spindles developed by our parent company in Switzerland
- that of a REPAIRER of electro-spindles, motor-spindles, and mechanical spindles with 25 years of experience of ALL BRANDS 

In our maintenance center located in Alsace :
- we test, dismantle and repair milling, drilling, and grinding spindles
- we draw up a detailed analysis report with photos of the parts to be replaced or repaired
- if necessary, our design office draws up the plans and manufactures the parts
-we propose improvements and technical modifications to ensure a better life span or better adaptation to the specifications / constraints of our customer
- our experts carry out measurements and vibration analyses on the machining spindles and improve the balancing if necessary 

The repair is of major interest: the careful analysis of the spindle and its context of use allow us to identify the origin of the failures. When the critical points are corrected, recurring problems disappear, and the life of the spindle is extended. This eliminates unscheduled machine downtime and increases productivity. 

In parallel, when the situation requires an emergency solution, we also offer standard exchange on dozens of spindle models.
