Our laser cutting machine fleet :
- 3 machines 2D : Ability 2000 x 4000 mm
- 4 machines 3D : Ability 4000 x 1500 x 500 mm

Our fleet of water jet cutting machines:
- 3 machines : Ability 4 000 x 2 000 x 800 mm
- All types of materials
- Without the presence of HAZ (Heat Affected Zone)
- Low waste rate

Our laser welding machine fleet:
- 6 3D machines : (Ability 4 000 x 1 500 x 500 mm)
- 1 welding robot

AGS is the only French company to master, on the same site, the processes of welding : 
- TIG, MIG, MAG et soudage par point
- Laser : YAG et CO2
- hybrid laser

An internal welding quality control laboratory guarantees the quality of our welds thanks to:
- Destructive controls: macrographic and micrographic analysis, optical microscope...
- Non-destructive testing: colored or fluorescent penetrant testing, S2 sensitivity, Cofrend2 accreditation, visual inspection, etc.
- Leakage tests
- Endoscope checks

Our 3D printing machine park:
- 1 SLM 280 Bi-laser 2X 400 w
- 2 EOS 290 400 w

Materials available: ALSi7 Mg 06, Maraging 1.2709, Inox 316L, Inconel 718, TA6V, Corrax.

Our milling machine feet : 
- 7 machines UTGV 5 axes (Ability: 500 x 500 x 500 mm)
- 4 machines UGV 5 axes (Ability: 3 000 x 800 x 700 mm)
- 6 machines 3 axes (Ability: 3 000 x 800 x 700 mm)
- 2 turning machines Mazak Integrex 5 and 7 axes, diameter 20 to 500 mm

- 4 sinking EDM machines (Ability up to : 600 x 400 x 450 mm)
- 4 wire EDM machines (Ability up to: 800 x 500 x 510 mm)
- 1 rapid drilling EDM machine (Electrode de 0,3 to 3 mm)
